Processing Time Processing and dispatch times vary by product and supplier, as many orders are sent directly by our suppliers. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Europe. We do not ship to the United States or other regions at this time. Delivery to EU countries is available for selected products only. Checkout will show whether your basket can be sent to your address and the shipping cost.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by product and supplier. Where checkout shows an estimated delivery time, it is a guide rather than a guaranteed date. Free UK standard delivery on orders of £50 or more.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delays Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. MinDrick Store is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at the email address on our Contact page and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
